Congratulations to one of our Junior members, Pablo Jenkins, together with his partner Oscar van Heerden from Prestatyn, for winning the U16 Doubles at Lymm Lawn Tennis Club today.
Pablo has been enjoying competing for a few years now. His tennis has developed thanks to our dedicated coaches at the club, Rob Whitehall and Martyn Lewis (Martyn Lewis Tennis). Pablo started with junior group lessons on Saturday mornings - a great way to explore if tennis is for you, and then went on to one-to-one lessons with first Rob and now Martyn.

Congratulations to Celeste!
At our recent AGM our Chair Sion Thomas presented the Alastair Wright Cup to Celeste Arulanandasiva, a promising young member of Bangor Tennis Club. This award, in memory of Alastair Wright, a talented player who lost his life to leukaemia aged 18, is presented every year to a young player at Bangor.
Celeste is an inspiration to us all, working hard on her tennis skills. This hard work has paid off: this year she was U9 runner up in the Welsh Championships.
Da Iawn Celeste!!
