Look at these! Just a couple of stunning examples of work that emerged from the TPG kiln this week. On the left, a stack of wheelthrown bowls, by one of our newest potters, beautifully trimmed and carefully glazed. On the right a handmade tile; this potter has used sgraffito and a combination of underglaze and celedon to create this stunning effect. If you would like to try your hand at creating in this way, look out for availability in our September classes….bookings open mid July.

Mondays first 2 throwing sessions off to an amazing start to the spring term! After worrying they’d not remember how to throw, everyone made so many lovely pieces. It’s so nice to be back at T C R The Hub with so many creative people 🙂

Looking forward to seeing what everyone makes this term. (we just need clean enough hands to take some more pictures 😁)
