We are a martial arts academy based in Lancashire. We teach for age 3 right up to adults. Classes include fitness and exercise as well as martial arts, the two combine together along with discipline to create fantastic students, and this spills out into everyday life. As well as martial arts we have Insanity class and Yoga, Boxercise, Sports Massage Therapy, karate parties (or use of the room), Hyper Fight Club, Hyper Pro Training, Hyper Bully Defense, private lessons, and personal training. We are available for schools/colleges/universities, seminars (including self-Defense and Rape Prevention), and demonstrations at events. We are also a competing academy and in the ones who chose this road we have qualified for 3 world championships, and hold a World Championship Silver medalist, A British Champion, and a British Championship Runner up, a European Champion and several European championship runners up.
