Support the Barnsley Griffins by donating to our chosen charity as they tackle The Lakes & Dales loop, a 196-mile (315km) circular cycle route in Cumbria, through the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales & Eden Valley, with over 16,000-feet (5000m) of climbing. We plan to complete the course over 3 days on the weekend of 14-16th July. So each day will see over 100km of cycling, and over 5000 feet of climbing.

Fantastic day out for our 116 mile Hell and Back ride from BRUFC to Hessle RUFC and back to Barnsley.

What a wonderful specimen of late middle aged manhood.
