They say there’s not enough teachers these days I don’t claim to have been the best boxer in the world but what I do is try an pass on what knowledge I’ve learned from competing and not post 13 punch combination unrealistic pad work videos 🤣 if you’re curious as to what we do an what we’re about why not come to our open day this Saturday the 4th at 12 noon absolutely everyone is welcome
