Yorkshire Combined Police RUFC v Barnsley RUFC

After what feels like an eternity we are pleased to announce Yorkshire Combined Police will take to the field in a charity fundraiser fixture on Wednesday 25th August 2021 7pm KO against Barnsley RUFC.

All funds raised on the night will go towards funding a community defib for our nominated charity, Project 14, at their HQ, if we manage to raise enough money then we would also like to secure a defib for Yorkshire Combined Police Rugby too but Project 14 are the priority!

If any businesses or friends/family of players are able to supply a raffle prize, small or large, to assist with our fundraising efforts it would be much appreciated. Please get in touch via the page and we will arrange collection.

I know the past 18 months have been tough for businesses and so any donations would be gratefully received to assist us in our bid to support vulnerable people, and those suffering with mental health issues in our area, through our ongoing support of Project 14’s outstanding community work.

Kevin Sinfield has reached the £500,000 mark for his seven marathons in seven days to raise money for Rob Burrow and the Motor Neurone Disease Association.

He has just finished doing his fifth marathon where he met Rob at Headingley.
