2024/25 season starts next week

All kicks off with a Social session on Monday 2nd at 7:30 pm, venue is Outwood Academy Carlton Barnsley.

Training starts Wednesday 4th ,same time, same venue.

Tremendous victory for the Bobcats at Sheffield VC today.

First 2 sets were oh so close against a young and vibrant Sheffield Team, but some good serving at the start of set 3 saw the team take a comfortable lead which they never looked like losing.

This popped up on my news feed ❤️ just had to share. Last match of the season Yorkshire Premier Champions 2015 🏆😘 Coach.D.

Wow, probably our best attended women's training session of the season so far...

Lots of important games coming up , so very important we continue to keep working hard.

Even though its the School holidays for some, Volleyball Training still goes ahead this Wednesday (27th).

So proud of the result and performance tonight.

3-0 away win tonight against table topping Leeds Gorse.

Passing was great, positional play excellent by the whole team, but Paula was MVP for outstanding middle blocking.....

Bobcats 1 keep the winning run going with a 3-0 win against York Wolves..

A good performance from all the team, but MVP goes to Kasia for some strong serving, hitting and defence.

Back to training on Wednesday 17th

No Training this week as the School is closed due to Christmas break.

We look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday 10th.

Wow, can't praise this team enough for the way in which they fought back from 2 sets down, and being behind on the scoreboard in set 3 as well.

Some strong serving and hitting put Springers in a commanding position as the Bobcats struggled with passing, but the team found a way and showed the never say die spirit that is part of the Barnsley Volleyball Club DNA.
