Ages 5 and above. Includes a mixture of STREET, HIP HOP, FUNK and JAZZ. Friday and Wednesday classe Sessions include-
Learning up to date choreography.
Working on performance skills for
performances/shows/non compulsory awards/ exams. Fun dance and confidence building activities. Building confidence in set movement
and freestyle. Creating choreography and own style. Working solo and within groups. Musical timing and fusing different styles of Dance. School work shops also provided for both after-school and PPA (curriculum) sessions, p

It's that time again to secure your spot for Fitness pilates. If you've not yet tried it, it's a great non impact workout with both mental and physical benefits. Strengthen not only your core but arms,legs and buttocks and see real postural alignment changes.
Bookings are again open for the 6 week block...starting Thursday the 21st of July
6.15-7.15pm £30 for 6 weeks (consecutive) or pay and go for £6 ( community centre, Monkbretton)
Take an hour out for you.

Following the government announcement regarding plan B restrictions...Face mask are now mandatory and not just advised for all participants 11 and over and anyone entering the building age 11 and over.
Masks will not be worn during dance and exercise but just when moving around the building.
Cleaning and seperate basket use for items will continue.
As before Parents and guardians are still asked to wait outside on drop off and pick up.
