“What age do babies have to be for Buggy Bootcamp?” 👶🏼🧒🏼💪🏼
I get this question a lot, and the answer is.. there’s no upper age limit!
As long as you’ve had your 6-week postnatal check (or 10-12 weeks for C-section) and have been given the all-clear from your doctor, midwife, or physio to return to exercise, you’re good to go!
From tiny newborns snuggled up in the pram to busy toddlers who love to jump out and join in when we stop, everyone is welcome. It’s all about moving in a way that works for you while your little one enjoys the fresh air.

The ladies absolutely smashed it.. the babies might have kept us on our toes, but that’s all part of the fun 😉
