Zac Goodall Racing #15

My last race in bambino before moving to Honda cadets.

Finished the season with a good battle and a 2nd place trophy 🏆

We also have become the South Yorkshire bambino Champion at Wombwell Karting along with 2nd in the RKC championship at Race Kart Centre

Fingers crossed we can continue with our success into honda cadets and follow in the success of my brother Mason Goodall who also took the championship this year at Wombwell for the honda cadets.

Exciting things to come next year!

Heat 1: Dry start to the day saw good lap times and P3
Heat 2: Another Dry, but cooler track saw another P3 after starting in P5
Heat 3: Now turning wet and we managed a P2 after putting in good wet times and keeping it going in the right direction!
Final: Good heats meant that we had a good p2 start on the grid but unfortunately after a mistake mid race, we lost quite a lot of time, dropping us back to P5, however managed to get back to P4

Top 4 took home a trophy today so still took home the goods! 🏆

2nd at Race Kart Centre today after not being in the bambino kart for 2 month! Having been testing honda cadets

After a slow start to the morning, being over 5s off pace due to feeling too light steering and so much different to the cadet, it took some getting used to again!

Heat 1 - 4th - Dry
Heat 2 - 3rd - Dry 🥉
Heat 3 - 1st - Very Wet 🥇
Final - 2nd - Wet 🥈

Now to try get fully back to pace before wombwell next week!

🥈 2nd place again at Wombwell Kart Club. Currently first in the championship.

Consistent lap after lap saw the position acheived despite missing 1k revs off the top of the engine, meaning less straight line speed. Only 3 more rounds to go

P3 today at the W plate at Wombwell Karting and a new personal best lap time. Very happy with that with how strong the grid was. 🥉
