Can’t believe we’re writing this but next week is our 1st birthday 🤯
How the f**k has that happened? Here’s a look back at our first year:
May - Synergy opened! Months of hard work then we opened our doors with heading up the run club.
June - Baz’s blend. Rocket fuel designed for maximum performance.
July - Our officially joined the team! Invaluable.
August - Our first in house comp! Loads of amazing athletes sending it.
September - Pumpkin spice season…need we say anymore?
October - Our first Halloween!
November - We put the darts board up. Probably the best and worst decision we ever made.
December - Our first Christmas!
January - Honouring Lois Wistow with her very own workout. Without her the gym simply wouldn’t exist 🖤
February - We’re popping! This is when we really felt like we were making our mark.
March - Our first open. Atmosphere was electric and we captured Sev’s first RMU!
April - Our second comp. Another unreal day.
May - Team MURPH. A hero workout done by our team!
This journey has only just begun, for your involvement we are eternally grateful and cannot wait to see what this next year brings.

The weather is magnificent.
However, the gym has never been as moist 🥵
We appreciate your efforts, we acknowledge them and we reward them.

Not much to see here.
Just two simple men scranning mucky fat on toast (a rare delicacy).
At the time, both and were in a calorie deficit.
This is the point:
don’t be scared of food.
Don’t be scared to enjoy it.
If you’re staying within your calories and hitting your protein, why can’t you be a bit cheeky and eat some buttery pig?
In fact, we’d encourage it.
It keeps you sane, keeps you consistent, and stops the binge restrict cycle.
So if pork dripping on toast isn’t your thing, have a square of chocolate.
Have something you actually enjoy.
Fat loss isn’t about perfection.
It’s about adherence.
It’s a marathon, not a sprint.
Remember that.
