Test week has gone to plan, put it that way!

is a proper team player.

Will train with anyone, always cheers everyone else on, but he’s quite the athlete himself!

The sn**ch is arguably one of the most complex, frustrating and technical skills you can learn.

So seeing the boy unlock a 90kg sn**ch was pretty special!

This place is rocking at the moment. You can genuinely feel the energy in every class.

We can’t stress this enough…

6 weeks is no time at all.

So for elliekate186 to have made so many positive changes from the Body Project, you just know she’s absolutely smashed it and given it her all!

The purpose of the Body Project is to give people a real insight into understanding nutrition, whilst also getting some s**t hot results along the way.

Ellie was already tiny, so this was never about drastically changing her body.

We just needed to fine tune a few things, make sure she was getting enough food in and, above all else, fall in love with the process.

And she’s absolutely done that.

She looks great, feels even better and is absolutely smashing her training.

We’re super happy with her physical results, but honestly, we’re even happier with the positive changes she’s made to her relationship with food, training and the process.

That’s what the Body Project is all about.

Unreal work, champ! 🖤
