We are super excited be making our first appearance at the fantastic Wentworth Castle Gardens in June 2025 with 5km and 10km Trail Runs.
The event takes place in the evening so we have the place to ourselves and it is a perfect mid week training run!
Entries open at 6am on Monday 6th January 2025!!
Choose between a 5km or 10km trail run. The 5km is perfect for first timers and the 10km is great for those looking for a challenge.
The 5km is suitable for anyone over the age of 11 and the 10km is for those aged 15+.
This event is Canicross friendly and we allow one controlled dog per runner.
Wentworth Castle Gardens is South Yorkshire’s only Grade I-registered landscape, encompassing a formal garden, historically important monuments and a folly. The estate extends to 500 acres of rolling parkland with landmarks including the Rotunda and Serpentine Bridge as well as ancient woodland. There is also the stunning Stainborough Castle which was completed by Thomas Wentworth in 1731, this gothic folly is a great spot to enjoy a picnic beneath medieval-style turrets.
