A massive shout out to Karl and David who have lost a staggering 43KG between them! 🤯👏

What an incredible example of what can happen when you stay consistent, keep turning up and put the work in week after week.

Kickboxing is a brilliant way to support weight loss while improving your fitness, strength, stamina and confidence at the same time. 🥊🔥 But the biggest factor is consistency, and these two have shown exactly what that looks like!

Results like this don’t happen overnight. They’re built one session, one workout and one good decision at a time.

Absolutely phenomenal work Karl and David. You should both be incredibly proud! 👏🔥🥋

Both are part of our Black Belt Elite, and it’s brilliant to see them able to train, progress and enjoy their martial arts together.

Working on speed, technique and control, making sure every kick comes out sharp and returns just as quickly. 💥

🥊 TIME TO GET THOSE HEADS MOVING! 👀🔥

Something a little different on our Adults Martial Arts session as we got the boxing sticks out and worked on our head movement!

Slips, reactions and staying sharp while under pressure, all while making sure that head doesn’t stay in the firing line! 🥊💨

A great drill for improving timing, reactions and defensive awareness, and another way we keep mixing up the training! 💪

A massive shoutout to brother duo Tom and Jamie, both proud members of our Black Belt Elite programme! 💪

These two have been with us for a long time now and have become a great part of our academy community, always putting the work in and continuing to push each other on the mats! 👊

With Tom’s Black Belt grading coming up, the intensity in training is really starting to pick up! 🔥

Here they’re working non-stop kicks, a drill that challenges so much more than just technique:

✅ Coordination and balance
✅ Cardiovascular fitness and stamina
✅ Speed and accuracy
✅ Mental toughness
✅ The ability to keep good technique while tired

Great work from both of them! The road to Black Belt continues! 🥋🔥

🔥 Leadership Adults session in full flow! 🔥

Here you can see everyone getting warmed up with high knees down the length, getting the heart rate up and the body ready for the session ahead! 💪

High knees are a great way to improve coordination, cardiovascular fitness and lower-body mobility while preparing the muscles for more intense training.
