Lil Grapplers to start the day off today 5pm sharp 🔥🔥🔥 first week is free ages 5 to 10.

Followed by juniors 6pm ages 11 to 15 we have 3 classes per week currently for both programs.

Finally we have Adults grappling class 7pm beginners welcome just bring shorts tshirts (gum sheild preferably) no booking required to show up when class starts 🔥🔥🔥🫡
