We welcome all levels to the gym and are happy to teach you from the ground up if you've never done this kind of thing before!!! We will go at your pace, no pressure.

Our competition team are out regulary racking up wins and medals if you wish to test yourself further!!!

Your first week is no charge so feel free to come down and give it a go, see if its for you. All you need is a shirt some shorts and yourself.
