Emma started 1:1s with a goal to increase her strength, especially her core. We meet weekly for 30 minute sessions. 10 weeks later, these goals has most definitely been achieved! And the stats show a gain of 4lb muscle, maintenance of body weight, loss of 2% body fat, and centimetres around waist and hips!

I love my weekly 1:1s with Jayne.
Jayne does all the hard work whilst we chat about rollercoasters, Line of Duty, Manchester United, The Unforgotten, holidays to USA, hospitals and Grey's Anatomy.
And because we chat so much I forget to count and then Jayne ends up doing way more 🤣
