Dan Strauss Seminar

Its been a busy few months at ACS with the opening of our new second mat space but it didn't stop us hosting the fantastic Dan Strauss for a seminar. Brilliant night was had by all.

Thanks to our friends at Atlas Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Grizzly Grapplers North Devon and Tavern Fitness and Martial Arts for joining us. We're glad to bring the local grappling community together.

The return of the Welsh Novice Championships is inbound 🐉

On the 14th of April, our next edition of the Welsh Novice Championships will be held in CRA in Fforest-fach, Swansea. This time, the event will run both adults and kids divisions on the same day 🔥

Our adult divisions will be exclusive to White and Blue belts and will feature Gi divisions and a Gi absolute division 🥋

Our kids' divisions will include BJJ, Submission Grappling, MMA and Sumo, with different age brackets and weight classes available for each discipline 🤼

All divisions will have a repechage system, guaranteeing all entrants at least two matches per division 🙌

Registrations will open soon. Stay tuned 🤩
