GYM MANAGER
As many of you know I have stepped up into the management role at Anytime Fitness Barnstaple. I would firstly like to say a massive thank you to every single one of my clients for supporting me, it has been an absolute pleasure working with you all over the last 5 years. Next week will be my last week doing 1-2-1 personal training sessions however I will be rolling out an online coaching service very soon.
I have a lot of ideas and enthusiasm to bring to Anytime Fitness Barnstaple. I aim to offer more group classes and clubs while building on the strong community ethos in the gym. I will also gradually improve the facilities, by introducing new equipment while maintaining the high cleaning standards. I reach out to all previous members for a fresh start, I look forward to building the best gym for existing members and I welcome new members to start their fitness journey at Anytime Fitness barnstaple.

MISSION UNBREAKABLE 2023
Calling all Anytime Fitness members and Personal training clients!
Are you up for a challenge?
I am putting together a team for Mission unbreakable 2023. A commando course filled with various obstacles. Scale heights, take a leap of faith, and tackle mud, fire, water and ice to call yourself an 'Unbreakable.' Mission: Unbreakable is a fundraising event, where the vital money you raise directly support local people who are being cared for by North Devon Hospice. This is not a race. It's about helping each other and completing the course together, as a team.

DON’T GIVE UP! 🫡
Whenever we set out on a fitness journey, we always hope for fast results. Most of the time, this is not going to happen. Your fitness journey is going to take time and will be filled with ups and downs.
One day your workout will make you feel great, and you’ll look forward to getting back to the gym for more. The next day you might be tired or unwell, and your workout is more of a struggle. Some days you just won’t feel like exercising at all, whereas other days you’ll do more than you’d planned to.
This is all completely normal, and believe it or not, every day you work out you are making progress.
To be successful on your fitness journey you need to be adaptable to be able to change your plans and strategies to make it work for you. Stay motivated and focussed, and never give up!
If you’re feeling a little discouraged and thinking about giving up on your fitness journey, here’s a few tips to get you back on track.
