Looking at starting some healthier habits but not sure what to start with?

Hydration - is a big one but can be super easy to do.

It has many benefits. When your body is hydrated properly it functions at its best.

Therefor it Improves quality of sleep, reduces brain fog, helps your body carry out basic functions more easily, which then impoves recovery and in turn exercise.

All it takes a simple water "trigger" something that prompts you to drink.

A couple of ideas, carrying a bottle of water around with you. Have your bottle or glass of water in your eyeline or in the way or setting yourself reminders. Different things work for different people. So try some out and see how it goes for you. There is no right answer if it works for you it works so keep at it.

on average men should be drinking around 2-3 litres of water a day and women around 2 litres*

*Now this is a guide and can vary from person to person depending on your lifestyle, activity level and build. But for most this is a good place to start.

Simple but effective 💪🏻

Have you set yourself some new fitness goals for 2026.

Whether you've started a new programme, trying something new or just upping your current training.

Don't forget to have fun. Keep it varied. Get outside and go for walks or bike rides. Go swimming. Go climbing or surfing. Do something you can include the family with. Don't just get stuck in the gym.

Take your rest days, recover properly. Eat well to fuel your body properly and stay well hydrated. If you have a coach, listen to them ✌🏻

✋🏻 Stop chasing the quick fix to lose weight. It's unhealthy, miserable and unsustainable.

What happens when you hit your goal weight after all the hard work of strict dieting and cutting out the things you love? You go right back to your old ways and put the weight back on.

Make the weight stay off and keep yourself healthy. Changing your habits while still enjoying the things you love and being able to see the changes in the way you feel and look.
It might take you a little longer but the process will be a lot more enjoyable and the weight will stay off.
