S2 Sports camps

Really enjoyable S2 rugby camp today.

Great evening for our S2 boys this evening.

Amy covered identifying space and putting the support runners into the gaps and keeping depth.

Tom covered jackle work on the pads. Going down popping up into a strong position. They they went over to tackle the pads quickly getting back onto their feet and rucking over.

Ratu Sam Bola ran the conditioned touch game, working on hands and fitness.

Great evening and effort from them all.

Just a reminder no academy session Friday evening, 29th May due to half term, however we are running our rugby camp during the day. Our boys camp is 0900-1200 if your keen to book on email [email protected]

Great evening for our S2 girls this evening.

Working on a carousel of drills the girls started off with Amy getting used to running on the weak shoulder and then the support runner coming from depth. They they went on to identify space and putting the support runners into the gaps.

The girls then went over to Tom and did some jackle work on the pads. Going down popping up into a strong position. They they went over to tackle the pads, quickly getting back onto their feet and rucking over.

The girls then finished up on Ratu Sam Bolas conditioned touch game, working on hands and fitness finishing up on some two vs ones and one vs ones.

Great evening and effort from them all.
