Hi everyone,

In just six weeks’ time, I’ll be taking on the Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for the Stroke Association! 🏃🏻‍♀️‍➡️

Some of you may already know that, at the end of 2024, my lovely mum, Mrs Lorna, suffered a small stroke. Thankfully, she made a great recovery, but it was an incredibly scary and difficult time for our whole family. Sadly, this also brought back memories of an earlier chapter in my life, when I lost my wonderful Bamp to a serious stroke in 2015. 💔

Because of this, the Stroke Association is a charity that means a huge amount to me and my family. They do such important work supporting survivors and their families, raising awareness, funding research, and helping people rebuild their lives after stroke.

So, six weeks from now, I’ll be pushing myself through 13.1 miles in Cardiff, and I’d be incredibly grateful for any support, whether that’s a donation, a share of my fundraising page, or simply cheering me on!

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will mean so much to me and will help support the incredible work of the Stroke Association. ❤️

We’re also delighted to be adding some new classes to our timetable, including Strength & Conditioning and Contemporary/Lyrical! We can’t wait to welcome our dancers into these exciting new classes. 💪🏼✨

We are absolutely thrilled to celebrate the incredible achievements of our dancers who took their RAD ballet exams at the end of term! ⭐️

We are so proud to share that every single dancer successfully passed their exam, maintaining our 100% pass rate! 👏🏻

🌟 90% of students achieved Distinction or High Merit
🌟 10% achieved Merit

What an amazing achievement! Every result reflects the dedication, hard work and commitment our dancers have shown throughout the term.

I’ve been away on the most amazing honeymoon in South Africa & Mauritius 🌍🍯🌙💍

We’ve had the most incredible time, made some very special memories and I’m feeling so refreshed and ready to get back to normal (well… almost! 😂).

What have you all been up to during the start of the summer holidays? I’d love to hear what adventures you’ve got up to so far! ☀️

I’ll be back on admin from Monday and can’t wait to get everything ready for another amazing term.

🩰 Contemporary/Lyrical Dance Tuesday (Ages 10+)

A class focused on technique, emotion, creativity and performance. Perfect for dancers wanting to explore storytelling through movement while building strength, flexibility and confidence.

💪 Strength & Conditioning Monday (Ages 9+)

Designed specifically for dancers to improve strength, balance, flexibility, stamina and injury prevention. A fantastic way to support your dance training and become a stronger, more confident performer!

Whether you’re looking to improve your technique, build confidence, or challenge yourself with something new, these classes are the perfect addition to your week! 🌟
