True Aim Activities - Archery and Axe throwing

Our last Archery Beginners course of the summer is happening this September at Fonmon Castle.

This is an intensive 2 day course Saturday and Sunday 19th and 20th September 10am till 4pm.

The course is designed for those who want to learn the basics of archery to take it up as a hobby and join a club.

On the course you will learn

Putting up and taking down a recurve bow
Shooting stance
Bow skills including Gap Shooting, String Walking and Sighted
Range safety
Competition scoring
Plus more

This course is run in a fun and educational way.

During the sessions you will learn all you need to know to shoot safely plus play games to enhance your skills.

All equipment is provided, all you need to bring is yourself and lunch.

All this for only £75 per person.

The course is suitable for adults and also for children over 8 and is limited to 12 people to give ample shooting time.

Summer is over, the children back in school and parents back to work but at True Aim Activities the fun doesn't stop there.

We will be preparing for the next big event at Halloween, dressing up our little area and scaring our bows but we won't stop being open to the public.

Every Saturday until half term we will still be running our archery and axe throwing 1 and 2 hour sessions. Plus we still have Archery Tag if you fancy getting a group of friends together.
