Our senior girls training session is a great place to have a kickabout with a small, friendly group.

Whether you're brand new to the game, just want to improve your fitness or you're an experienced player wanting some non competitive, fun, football - this could be just what you're looking for.

One hour of fun, fitness and football for all abilities, ages 15-18.
