BRAIN HEALTH MORNING
FRIDAY 13TH MARCH
10:30- 12:30PM
Our Brain Health Morning is happening this week and there are still a few spaces available for anyone who feels they could do with a proper pause.
This gentle 90 minute session is designed to help calm an overactive nervous system and give the mind space to settle. We combine breathwork, restorative yoga, guided meditation and a group sound healing experience to create a deeply restful environment.
After the session we take time to enjoy a light lunch and drink together from the Namaste Coffee House, allowing the body and mind to transition gently back into the day.
If life has felt a little busy or overwhelming lately, this could be exactly what you need.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this morning’s Brain Health Morning.
The atmosphere was beautifully calm, the energy in the room was gentle and settled, and the sense of ease as people arrived and softened was really something special. These mornings work because you show up exactly as you are and allow yourself the space.
The feedback has been lovely and, as always, the food from the Namaste Coffee House was just delicious. It felt like a proper pause rather than just a session.
Our next Brain Health Morning is on Friday 6th February, starting at 10:30am.
This one filled up completely, so if you’re thinking about coming along next time, I’d really recommend booking early to avoid missing out.

This Assisted Yoga class is for anyone who wants to move gently but doesn’t feel at home in a fully chair based class.
Chairs, blocks, straps and bolsters are used to support movement, improve confidence and make poses accessible without taking the practice away from the mat entirely.
It’s ideal if

You’re recovering from injury or managing pain
You want a slower, more guided practice
You want options without pressure
This class is for men and women,

Ultimate Stretch blends science-led mobility with calm, focused yoga stretch practice.
We work with breath, hold under tension, and learn to relax without switching off.
Strong and soft at the same time. Disciplined, but not aggressive.
This isn’t about forcing flexibility or chasing shapes.
It’s about teaching your body how to move better, recover properly, and feel more at ease in itself.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be an athlete.
You just need a body that you want to keep working well.
