GOOD NEWS!

We’ve finally found the issue effecting one of our two smiths machines. The issue was creating a little resistance in the lower half of the movement.

Today we completely eliminated this fault and it was all down to a small rubber b**g 😫

Big shout to Brad Case who both broke AND fixed it all in a short time haha

Also: 3 new cables fitted this week to the lat pull down and the cable crossover keeping it nice and smooth.

FIRST PURCHASE / UPGRADE 🔨

As mentioned recently - we have our eyes on a few new machines and will be changing up some of the existing equipment.

We currently have 2x Bicep preacher machines and really only need one. So we will be replacing one of the machines with this new Life Fitness Bicep Curl machine.

It makes much more sense to have a better variation of machine to target the muscle group!

Over the coming weeks we will be making the announcement for the improvements we intend to make over 2024 for our members. We’ve got our eyes on some tasty looking equipment. Swapping out a few of the lesser used pieces of equipment.

We will be replacing the mirror with a small crack in and having a small layout change.
