⚠️ ADVANCED REMINDER ⚠️

Monday & Tuesday of next week a lot of our machines leather pads will be getting a huge upgrade.

The team will be on site for 2 days and they always work around users to reduce any problems.

But this is an advance warning just incase your favourite machine is out of action for 30-45 mins.

I’ve got to admit.. this is one of the upgrades we are most excited about seeing.

Thanks for your continued support as always 💪🏼

🥤 A few new additions ✅

There’s still a few missing from this picture including yFood (meal replacements) and Gr***de Ready to Drink Protein Shakes.

The new vending machine works in the same way as the old machine except you press the product numbers from the shelf after sending your credit.

1. Open Portal App and head to the middle button that looks like a bank card 💳

2. Select ‘Mega Max’ vending machine and choose your product.

3. Pay & wait for the machine to beep.

4. Enter shelf number.. for example C6

The machine will dispense your drink, your receipt will go into your payment history ✅

Any failed vends will return as credit after 20-30 mins and you can use it again next time.

A Reminder about Respect! 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

I have spent a lot of time and my own money creating this place for people of all ages, all sizes, all abilities and goals.

Sacrificing summers with my family, whilst working in a dark and dusty, old & almost derelict warehouse.

In return we expect you to respect what’s been built here for you and everyone else.

This means when attending that you take care of the place, don’t throw weights on the floor for no reason.. or slam cables from the top end of the rep so the stack crashes down.

It also means general tidiness, like putting your empty water bottles, cans or blue roll in one of the many provided bins after use.

When attending with friends - remember it is a gym first, and people are attending here with the aim to improve their fitness, physique, overall health both mentally and physically.

Don’t be running around and chasing each other, shouting and screaming across the gym to one another.

If you are a heavy sweater (and even if you are not) we provide blue roll and spray bottles to clean down equipment after use.

If you break something - report it.
We know things happen, it’s normal.
But when you don’t report it and we find out on CCTV then we are not as forgiving.

These are simple rules of respect and for 90% of our members it is engrained into them already and they do it without thinking.

But for the other 10% please respect the gym, respect the sacrifices and hardwork, respect the financial commitments and appreciate what we have built.

This is for everyone and we want it to be around for many years to come.

Thankyou 🫡

💣 Gr***de Protein Shakes
👿 Monsters Zero Cal & Full Sugars
🔋 Lucozade Options

⛔️ FAILED VENDS will now re-credit your portal app within 30 mins so you never need refunding.

We’ve had the technician out today to complete the calibration from the machines delivery yesterday and we’re really excited to have this machine in use.

What an upgrade 🔥

20/10/2026

In the last 7 days we’ve:

✅ Installed a new Pool Table
✅ Installed a new cue rack
✅ Installed a new vending machine
✅ Fitted 3x new shower locks
✅ Added a Door closer to entrance door
✅ Insulated the small cladded wall above the door
✅ Installed on Over Door Heater that turns on when you enter the turnstile.
✅ Walled off the Big Bertha
✅ Added 2x more blue roll holders & spray

Now they’re not all big jobs, but they all add up and they keep moving us closer step by step to that bigger goal of ours 💪🏼

Thanks Bobby, Matty, Jonn, Justyn, Jay, George, Adam & Duane

One day this old warehouse will be something the town is proud of ❤️

📅 CHANGING YOUR PAYMENT DATE 📲

We always get asked if it’s possible for members to be able to change their payment dates.

Often users join the gym and their payment begins straight away, but then a few weeks in they realise they would prefer their payment date to match their pay day, or the day their bills go out etc.

🎉 You can now do this easily within the Portal 👏🏻

1. Open the portal app and navigate to the settings menu (the button that looks like a cog).

2. Scroll down until you see “change payment date”.

3. Change the dropdown to the new date and you will automatically see the pro-rata fee you will be charged to cover the gap between your old data and your new date.

4. Once the fee is paid your due date will change, and resume as the normal price monthly on your chosen date.

Nice & Easy

P.S This is only for users who pay via the app for their memberships.

If the “change payment date” button isn’t showing, then you need to fully close the app so it isn’t running in the background and then re-open it.
