Outdoor fall leads to loss of confidence 😮‍💨

People come to the our free coaching sessions for loads of different reasons.

One of our regulars that was on last nights session wanted to regain his confidence after a fall whilst leading outdoors resulted in a broken ankle😞

He is always at the wall working hard and constantly improving, so it was really satisfying to see him make such progress in one session and get back to leading close to his limit straight away 💪💪

Some people come for performance coaching, skill improvement or, like Alan, confidence building.
