Something new for Lisa's MS Diary. Session today
Firstly we done a bit of strength training with ball throws and TRX pull ups.
Secondly I wanted to see if we can get more reaction through the receptors in the feet and into the legs using the vibration machine.
Will be interesting so see what happens the more we do
