Well that's a wrap for the Christmas period work wise. I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to all my personal training and sports massage clients for your support and dedication this year. I appreciate the the hard work that has gone into what we have worked on. I’m looking forward to continuing the great work together in the new year!

Monday night ready we have a mixture of Sports Massage and Coaching lined up with a nice mix of a couple of session at Fit Performance Gym and a couple of Hime visits.
