💚💛 A LOVELY EVENING OF BOWLS & FRIENDSHIP 💛💚

What a wonderful evening bringing together 24 ladies from Howard Park, Basingstoke Town and Oakley for friendship, laughter and, of course, bowls! 🥰

A huge congratulations to Oakley on winning this year’s Ladies League Shield 🏆👏 — very well deserved!

Thank you to Basingstoke Town for hosting the evening and the Shield Presentation, and to everyone behind the scenes who helped make it such an enjoyable occasion.

Your efforts for the cheese and biscuits and more was truly appreciated 👏👏

Along with a fabulous evening to chat and
This is what bowls is all about — friendly competition, great company and clubs coming together. ❤️

Congratulations again to Oakley, and well done to all the ladies who have represented their clubs throughout the season.

Also well done to all other teams that entered this year, Marnell, Kingsclere, Andover and Hook.

Ladies bowling is all the better for this league to help and develop new bowlers into the sport we love.

A massive thank you to everyone who attended the BDBA President’s Day on 9th August.

What a fantastic day it was — great bowls, plenty of laughter and, most importantly, incredible support for the President’s chosen charity, The Pink Place.

Every donation helped make this possible, and we cannot thank everyone enough for their generosity and support.
