‼️ UPDATE ‼️Our Intermediate workshop has been moved and will now be held on Sunday 2nd March 2025 13:30-15:30!

“Intermediate Calisthenics Skills” will show you how to effectively train beyond beginners. This workshop is suitable for those who have been training calisthenics for a little while and have a grasp of the basic elements (Pull ups, Dips, Crow, Elbow lever) and would like to level up.

Example skills you will have a chance to try:

🔹 Muscle Up - both bar and ring.
🔹 Human Flag
🔹 Planche

You will also learn how to regress and progress each skill to make it suitable for you, and how to implement skills training into your strength training.

Whilst this workshop is suitable for most (and everything can be scaled), we would recommend having at least 5 pull ups and dips to make the most out of it.

Some of the content we will cover:
🔹 Body alignment in the handstand
🔹 How to balance
🔹 How to safely bail out of a handstand (aka what to do when it goes wrong!)
🔹 Using the wall as a teaching device
🔹 Freestanding handstands
🔹 How to gain strength towards better handstands
🔹 Handstand entry variations
If you have any questions about this workshop, drop us a message and we’ll be happy to help!
