What a night of boxing! 🔥

Firstly, a huge thank you to everyone who came down last night to support the lads, you made the atmosphere absolutely electric.

Massive congratulations to on making his Quest debut and putting on a fantastic performance. He showed real class, composure, and determination, coming away with a well deserved W 👏

As for … where do I even begin.

My friend, my brother, my fighter, he stepped in and mixed it with the very best and never once looked out of place. To compete against that calibre of fighters in the tournament says everything about him from only starting boxing 18 months ago.

Stopping his first opponent within the very first minute was unbelievable, and then going into the second round against the European and British Quest Champion showed exactly what he’s made of.

Even though we didn’t get the win and make it to the final, I couldn’t be prouder of his performances. He showed heart, resilience, and true fighting spirit from start to finish.

Proud is an understatement.

Thank you to the lads out the back and helping me on the night, always much appreciated 👊

What another great night for the team 🥊

Congratulations to on becoming the regional light cruiser weight champion for promotion. Ash boxed incredibly well, stayed composed throughout and delivered a really mature performance. Stopping the fight in the 2nd round, taking him to 6-0 💨

had his first outing and came away with a draw. Nearly stopped the fight in both the first and second rounds, but just gassed a little towards the end. A great learning experience and we’ll go again.

stepped in against a 5-0 opponent, we rolled the dice, but it didn’t go our way this time. Only his second fight, and there’s still so much more to come from this young man.

Overall, incredibly proud of the lads. Every one of them gave a great account of themselves.

NEW MARCH TIMETABLE‼️

We’ve made a few changes to improve your training experience:

• Two new Boxing sessions; Where Fighters & Beginners now train together in boxing for all sessions - Wednesday & Saturday’s.
• Sparring has moved to Saturday to allow rest on Sundays.
• More time for K1 & MMA on Monday nights.

Those on membership that allow you to use the gym will be able to use the gym on Sundays without having to work around classes.

Same grind. Sharper schedule. Stronger results 🥊

Welcome Coach Keaton Loader To The Team 🥊

From the 2nd of March, we’re excited to announce that Keaton will be joining the team!

Keaton brings a wealth of experience working with kids and will be taking over both kids classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as offering PT sessions from the gym.

Here’s a few words from Keaton;

I started my journey as a national-level strongman athlete, dedicating 5 years to competing at national level where I went onto win Basingstokes strongest.

When I stepped into boxing, I found more than just a new sport — I found my passion.

For the past 5 years, I’ve had the privilege of coaching over 100+ people. Helping them build balance, routine, discipline and belief in themselves. My niche is working with juniors, taking them from beginners to advanced athletes and more importantly; helping them grow into stronger, more confident young people, keeping them out of trouble and on the straight and narrow in life.
