Last night, we had two fighters out on NRG FIGHT NIGHTS Bournemouth with both putting in performances the team can be proud of!

Dylan securing a brilliant second round stoppage! As we continue to push Dylan through the levels, last night’s performance showed exactly why we have so much confidence in his potential. His composure, technical ability and ring awareness were outstanding. A quality display of boxing and another step in the right direction.

Kam stepped into the ring for his first competitive outing and although the decision didn’t go our way, we felt he’d done enough to get his hand raised. However, that’s the fight game. A valuable lesson in making sure you leave no doubt in the judges minds. The biggest positive for us was seeing just how far Kam has progressed since first walking through our doors. His development has been massive and we’re excited to see what comes next. He’ll be back out again soon!

Overall, another positive night for the gym. Wins are great but development, experience and progression are what we’re building towards.

A massive thank you to NRG FIGHT NIGHTS Bournemouth for having us on. As always, a fantastic well run show!

A few changes are coming to the timetable as we continue to grow and look to finish the year strong.

🥋 NEW — JUNIOR KICKBOXING
After years of helping coach classes and developing their skills, our very own Lewis & Sam are ready to take the next step and run their own sessions.

They’ll be bringing Junior Kickboxing to Fight Hub, giving the next generation another opportunity to learn, develop and progress through the gym.

We’ll also be introducing a structured grading system, giving our juniors clear goals to work towards, recognise their progression and move through the grades as their skills develop🥋📈

FIGHTERS TRAINING IS BACK 🥊
Our Tuesday Fighters Training returns:
Tuesday | 6:15–7:30pm

BOXING TIME CHANGES 🥊
With Fighters Training returning, our Tuesday and Friday Boxing sessions will be pushed back. Please check the updated timetable for the new times.

FINISHING 2026 STRONG 🔥

We’ve got a busy few months ahead, with fighters preparing for upcoming bouts, new classes launching and plenty happening behind the scenes.

The focus is simple, keep raising the standard, keep developing our fighters and coaches, and keep moving Fight Hub forward.

🥋 NEW JUNIOR KICKBOXING CLASS

We’re excited to be adding Junior Kickboxing to the timetable at Fight Hub Basingstoke, with two sessions every week, coached by Lewis & Sam 👊

Designed for ages 9–14, these sessions are a great way for young people to learn kickboxing in a structured, positive and enjoyable environment.

🥊 Learn proper kickboxing technique
💪 Improve fitness, strength & coordination
🧠 Build confidence & discipline
⚡ Develop focus and resilience
🤝 Make friends & be part of a team
🥋 Progress and learn new skills

👊 AGES 9–14

📅 August Timetable Update

While our Fight Team takes a well-earned break over the summer, there will be a couple of temporary changes to the timetable:

❌ No MMA on Mondays
❌ No Fighters Training on Tuesdays

All other classes will continue as normal, so there’s still plenty of opportunities to train throughout August 🥊

We’ll be back to the full timetable in September, ready to kick off the next season.

Kids Boxing at Fight Hub Basingstoke 🥊

Tonight I had the pleasure of running our Kids Boxing class! It’s always brilliant to see our young fighters developing their confidence, discipline, fitness, and having fun while learning new skills.

If you’re looking for something to keep the kids active over the school holidays, why not bring them along?

📅 Tuesday: 5:30pm – 6:15pm
📅 Friday: 5:15pm – 6:00pm

👧👦 Ages 4–10
✅ All abilities welcome – no experience needed!

🥊 First session is FREE, so there’s nothing to lose by giving it a go.

Proud of Genevieve today as we travelled to West London Boxing Academy for a Skills Belt; finally got matched with another girl.

She listened well, showed real quality throughout, landed some clean, well-timed shots and displayed great defensive awareness when she needed it.

A solid performance with plenty of positives to take away. Really pleased with the progress she’s making, and there’s plenty more to come.

Well done to both girls for stepping through the ropes 👏
