Class full of fun equipment to work with, challenging and engaging methods of training that will improve your child's proprioception, alignment, overall balance and stability, flexibility and strength, ensuring comprehensive and conscious technical development.

***STRETCH AND MOBILITY CLASS***
As many of you know, I run a very successful Stretch & Mobility class in Rooksdown, alongside other sessions. Over the past few months, I’ve had many requests to open a class for those who want to improve their flexibility and mobility but find it difficult to get down onto the mat.
I’m happy to say—it’s here!
I’ve opened a new Sunday class designed especially for total beginners or those with limited mobility. This session focuses on a slower pace and uses chairs, standing positions, and the barre for support, so you can feel safe and comfortable throughout.
Sunday at 17:00 – Intermediate (mat work) Only 4 places left!
Sunday at 18:15 – New Beginner (no mat)

What is STRETCH & MOBILITY class?
It's a unique blend of Stretch and Mobility exercises where we focus on increasing range-of-motion, strengthening the muscles surrounding each joint to help you move more freely. During the stretching we focus on lengthening of the muscles and ligaments through all types of stretching techniques. Stretch and mobility exercises help your body through a full range of movements without causing injury, stiffness and pain.
Who is this class for?
* For anyone who wants to improve their range of motion within joints and increase their level of flexibility.
* For anyone who works out regularly and wants to bullet proof their body against injury.
* For people recovering after injuries.
* For elderly who want to get more mobile and flexible within their bodies.
You work with your own body with your own abilities in this class so any level is welcome. Simple to follow exercises which are so beneficial for the body! Believe me when I say, that your joints and muscles will be so grateful you joined this class!!

🧘 Saturday Morning Session 10:00 - 11:00 am
A focused class designed to improve flexibility, release deep tension and restore ease of movement — the perfect way to reset your body for the weekend.
🧘 Sunday Evening – Beginner Foundations 18:15 - 19:15 pm
A carefully guided session for those who prefer a slower pace or find mat work challenging. Use of chair and barre for support.
Ideal for beginners and older adults looking to improve mobility safely and effectively.
This class will also include balance training, supporting stability, coordination and long-term movement confidence — essential for maintaining strength and independence.
