Shin Gi Tai Young Legends 6 to 9 year olds

Classes are Mon, Tues, Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat.

In these classes we help to develop a broad base of fundamental skills in kickboxing, close range sparring, throwing and groundwork using skills learnt from Karate, Kung Fu, Kickboxing and Judo.
