Another busy week coming up.
Home Ed classes in Poole and Basingstoke this Wednesday - oh it's gonna be fun.
Nursery classes Wednesday and Friday.
Another Home Ed class Friday.
Saturday we are at a football event with our bungee run and bouncy castle (in Lytchett - come on down for a 50% off turn - quote the word BANANAS 🍌).
We also have a party in Basingstoke on Saturday.
And finally we have our very own face painter doing her first big job at a football event on Sunday.

Such fun yesterday at our Verwood Home Ed class.
We focused on some hand eye coordination skills, mostly bouncing balls or these funny stringy balls.
And finished with a few games of dodgeball (still needing to use your hands and your eyes.

Today marks 2 weeks of calorie counting.
Since starting and posting I have had a number of people ask questions and think more about the food they are eating.
Do you need a little annual check up?
Why not download a free app and track for a week.
I am now very much in the swing of logging my food and being mindful... Yesterday I would have been VERY much above my calories without even knowing, if it weren't for this app.

This week we have volleyball 🏐
All weeks we have fun.
@ St Leonard's and St Ives hall.
11:15am -12 noon. Followed by a social to relax and hang out together!

Last week I started calorie counting.
I do this periodically for a number of reasons.
1. I ask most of my PT clients to do it, it's annoying and frustrating for them, so I should feel their pain too (also gives me some 🎆 as I can say I do it too).
2. It's good to see what sort of habits you are forming. Am I over eating? What sort of make up of food am I eating (protein, carbs, fats).
3. I get to test out some new apps and see what the interface is like.
P.s I'm using "Lose it" and I am really enjoying it. You can pay £21 for the year to get premium which gives you in-depth macronutrient info.
