This was the beginning of a grand passion for the breed and her eventual introduction to the world of UK Competitive Obedience in 2011. A lifelong learner, Angela has honed her craft through hours and hours of hands on practical training and knowledge in the field as a trainer, competitor, and a KC registered judge. With 30 years experience of leading, coaching, and educating people in business on refining their interpersonal skills, Angela's repertoire of developmental approaches has also fine tuned her approach to working with dogs and their owners, leading to her adding professional dog training to her services in 2023. She works with golden retrievers and Competitive Obedience dogs of all breeds, at her private, enclosed Paddock in Berkshire. In 2024, Angela joined the team at Pets On Sets as an animal handler and trainer for film and TV. Angela has a wellbeing focused approach to training dogs AND people in an encouraging and kind manner. She uses her understanding of the dog trainer's mind and reward based dog training to successfully dissolve training issues, and allow for dogs and humans to realise their full potential.
