We offer Adult Yoga and Teen Yoga Classes together with mindfulness practices. We run our classes in Odiham and Hook, during lockdown all classes are run via zoom. Sansaar promotes happiness and wellness by helping individuals achieve optimum health through the principles of Ayurveda and meditation. Some people come into your life through work and become so much more than that.

I first met Vicki at her Visibility Retreat around four years ago, and I’m so grateful our paths crossed. Since then, we’ve stayed in touch, and more recently she captured these beautiful branding photographs for me.

Vicki is incredibly talented at what she does, but beyond that, she has also been such a supportive presence in business. Cheerleading, encouraging and gently reminding me of the importance of being seen.

As women in business, having that kind of support from one another can mean so much. So this is a little thank you for your talent, your kindness and your encouragement, Vicki. I’m very grateful.

I am delighted that my summer self care retreat is now fully booked. I am looking forward to welcoming everybody to this session on Sunday to pause, reconnect and gently feel nourished. Dates will soon be released for my next autumn seasonal self care retreat.

Women deserve spaces that nourish them. A compassionate holistic space, where women feel safe enough to slow down, breathe and flourish. Not through perfection but through nourishment, rest, community and self discovery. My hope has always been for women to feel supported, restored and to be able to flourish in all areas of life be this in work or home.

Earth day is a reminder we are not separate from nature. In Ayurveda, we understand that our bodies are made up of the same elements found in the natural world. When we align ourselves with Mother Nature’s rhythms, we cultivate balance and better health and wellness.

Today, why not take a few quiet moments to immerse yourself in the beauty of nature? Here are some simple yet impactful ways to connect:

Nourish Your Body. Choose foods that honour the planet. Choose local, seasonal ingredients that not only support your digestion but also fill you with energy.

Breathe Deeply. Take a moment to breathe deeply while standing barefoot on the earth. Feel the ground beneath you and let your worries drift away with each exhale.

Take some time to Reflect. Remember the way we live our day reflects how we live our lives.
This Earth Day, reconnect with nature and nurture yourself in a way that celebrates the beautiful world we live in.
