We are always looking to extend our Chineham family.

We are now advertising for players of all positions and abilities ready for the start of next season.

We offer rugby from 5+ with qualified RFU coaches and first aiders.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone involved with the club this season.

We know that looking back at previous seasons, there's no doubt this season was disappointing at times, but despite that, the boys still turned up every week, the fans still came to show their support and the coaching staff and first aiders kept us altogether and intact till the very end.

Also a huge thank you to all the opposition teams for their hospitality and some fantastic games throughout the season.

Here’s your Lions heading down to the south coast ready for a huge battle in terms of the table.

Spenny T moves back to the front row to muscle up with last weeks try machine Ben Mansfield. With the ever present try scoring Heywood to bolster the front line.

Eddy and Carl take on the engine room, huge experience to bulster and support the front line with their raw grit and determination.

Back row of the new but majestic Dylan. Taking to his new role like a fish out of water, backed up buy the stalwarts of club and team captains Tom and Sam to back a formidable back line.

In the half backs we have the ever present, and ever dangerous pair of George and Adam pulling the stings. Ready to feed a fantastic pairing of Sam and Henry in the centres. Ready to crash and pass what ever comes there way.

Supporting them a back like of newbie Ethan who has made such an impact since joining the pride. Improving every week, the jock on a packet of blue Smarties Jordan doing what he does best and the ginger ninja who carry’s something we’re all jealous of controlling the back three.

Supporting the team the every improving jack Alford ready to do what’s needed again, the man who can bend more ways than a pretzel Adam Davies, the man who never knows when to quit, our Chairman Mr Rouse, the man who could lead anyone to battle and you would do it with pride and and a smile Mr Robson. Finally after weeks of playing ‘home away from home’ the Lions return to Basingstoke Sports & Social Club to take on Lymington for our first game at the den in 2026.

A huge fixture in the context of our season. Would love to see as many of our amazing supporters down to watch our penultimate home fixture of the season and cheer on the lads.
