Join us for a one-hour yoga flow at Hedley Hall (Twerton / Oldfiled Park) in Bath on Tuesday evenings. We practice sun and moon salutations, warrior poses, balances, twists and occasionally, inversions. There's always something for everyone.

We start at 6.15pm (might like to arrive a little early to get settled in), we have free parking for you and beginners are welcome!

Sun Salutation, also known as Surya Namaskar, is a sequence of yoga poses to help you to strengthen your muscle groups, increase circulation, unwind a busy mind and release tension. Each pose is linked to inhale or exhale, helping you to connect to the breath and its many benefits.

Tight hips?

Our yoga classes next week are focussed on hip and chest openers. You are welcome to join us on Tuesday at Hedley Hall (Twerton / Oldfiled Park, 6.15pm) or on Thursday at Hillside Hall (Oldfield Park, 6pm) in Bath.

I actually wrote about the relationship between hips and emotions in a blog last year. Hip openers can help release emotions we have stored away, which can eventually develop into trauma. Private yoga is a fantastic solution because your teacher comes to your location, so you still get all the benefits of a professionally delivered yoga class.

These classes are suitable for all levels including beginners. They are themed around yoga benefits such as hip and chest openers, flexibility and balance, strength and agility etc.

Vinyasa flow will help you stay fit and active. Practicing yoga in general is a great way to keep your mind and body healthy, and maintain a deep connection with your inner wisdom, your Atman.

We begin our new 7-week Chakra Balancing Yoga Course in Oldfield Park, Bath, on Thursday 3 September, 6-7pm. And YOU ARE INVITED. This is a small group practice. Beginners are welcome, and we have free parking.
