Egg White VS Whole Egg 🥚

🥚Egg White:

Egg whites benefit those who have high protein requirements but need to watch their calories intake, such as athletes or sportspersons. They are lower in calories and fast.

🍳 Whole Eggs:

Whole eggs contain a wide range of vitamins, minerals, extra protein and healthy fats. It’s good to have 1-3 whole eggs per day. Whole eggs provide healthy fats which increase the production of TESTOSTERONE and other hormones.

Both Eggs are essential!
But the choice depends on your Goals 💯

✅ If you want to gain weight and boost your Testosterone level then you can add 1-3 Whole Eggs in your diet.

Hey guys, our first Saturday GTD Fitness Warrior Bootcamp is done ✅ 👊🏻

What a great to start the weekend. Thank you guys from for you to join me.
You all did such a great job 👏🏼 Well done!

GTD Fitness Warrior Bootcamp:

Part 1)
Perfect workout no equipment workout to help burn fat 🔥 and calories.

📢 Perform each exercise for 30sec of work followed by 30sec rest one after other. Complete all 10 exercises and repeat for 2 rounds.

1) Star Jumps
2) Press Ups
3 Bodyweight Lunges
4) Air Bike
5) Star Jumps
6) Superman
7) Mountain Climbers
8) Bodyweight Squats
9) Planks
10) Burpees

Part 2)
Try this total body muscle building circuit workout 💪🏻

Perform each of these 5 exercises. 8-12 reps. 1 min break and repeat.

1) KB Deadlift
2) Dumbbell Rows Neutral Grip
3) Push-Ups
4) Sprint run
5) KB Squats

Having high energy is one of the most important factors in your success.

Without high energy, you can’t get anything done.

Here are my 4 high energy tips for unstoppable all-day energy.

1) Exercising: You’ve got to move around. Movement creates energy and keeps your state high.

2) Drink plenty of water: As soon as you wake up you should drink a glass of water. Keeping a water bottle with you throughout the day will help you drink more water.

3) Eating well: Making sure you eat healthy meals is also very important! High-quality food means high energy.

4) Motivation: Are you doing the things you love each day? Doing things you hate steals energy from you.

Make sure you’re doing things you love and working with people who motivate you and lift you up.
