INDOOR CIRCUITS

STARTS :- Wednesday 11th January @ Tor Leisure, Glastonbury - 6.30pm

A STRENGTH & CARDO CIRCUIT CLASS :- All levels welcomes, focusing on improving your strength with weights with a supportive group that are all striving to work towards the same goal!

GOBLET SQUAT

Start by bringing the dumbbell up to your chest then

🔸engage your lats to help support the dumbbell
🔸keep your chest
🔸core strong
🔸feet shoulder width apart

Drop back in your squat

🔸breaking at hips & knees
🔸imagining you are sitting back onto a chair

Then

🔸drive your feet into the ground
🔸stand tall
🔸keeping your core strong
🔸glutes tight

Repeat between 10 - 15 reps for 3 sets

A goblet squat is a great progression of a body squat to build strength in your legs. Start with a light weight then build up from there. Let me know how you get on.

I am now available for one on one personal training in Wells Leisure Centre.

I will be working in the gym Monday - Thursday offering consultation to all members and non members at Fusion.
