Happy New Year everyone !!! Hopefully you're not feeling too jaded this week but even if you are some restorative yoga will put you back on the right track.

Unfortunately I am going to be out of action for a few weeks as I've broken my AC joint after a fall whilst out running with the dog. I'll keep you posted on when I can resume my classes again, but I hope you all have a good summer and keep up your practice! Cheers Ben

Its hard to believe it is half way through the year already. If you are feeling sluggish and tired come and try out a session. You will be amazed at how yoga can change how you feel about your body and your life!!

Hi all. Due to lots of you having time off over Easter my classes will finish on Thurs 6th April and will resume on Mon 24th April. I hope you all have a happy and restful Easter and I look forward to seeing you when classes resume. During the break I will be posting asanas to help you keep up your practice! Ben ;-)

My yoga class in Kingswood last Sunday was assessed by a mystery shopper apparently. Really chuffed they gave it full marks on their feedback report!
