Please can you comment below with suggestions of times you would like virtual rides to be on.
For example 7am, 9:30am 12:45pm and 6pm.

Some are still working a 9-5 job from home, so this means we could do a 7am or 6pm class for example.

Also , with Laura and myself being in lockdown together would people want to do RIDExHIIT live also?

Right then guys, after 3 days of moving around sorting where home will be, I’m finally set up! Let the lock down commence.

Thursday, 9:30am the first SWEATWITHHET virtual RIDE will go live!!
What you need for the RIDE
1. water (plenty)
2. sweat towel.
3. A speaker to connect your phone or laptop to so you get the best sound.
4. Your favourite RIDE outfit, look good feel good.
5. A sense of humour as this could potentially go VERY wrong! 1st time for everything.

All you need to do is go to this page and click on the live video that will pop up, say hello and let the banter flow!

Let’s smash it, from the kitchens, living rooms, garages and beyond!
