An Update From Matt & Ollie

We are sad to announce today that Bath Bike Park project will not proceed.

A combination of site complexities and inflationary pressures have meant the project is no longer financially viable for us or B&NES council.

This project has been in our hearts for nearly four years, and a dream for much longer. We have worked exceptionally hard alongside B&NES council to try and problem solve as various aspects of the project have changed and shifted. We are disappointed that it’s not been possible to deliver what would have been an outstanding recreational asset for the people of Bath and North East Somerset.

A massive thank you to everyone who has been involved and those who showed such incredible support and enthusiasm in so many different ways. We had some amazing times and made many good memories along the way. We look forward to working with the council on projects in the future.

Whilst the park would have been an incredible opportunity to advance our vision and message we will continue to passionately support grass roots mountain biking, improve access and inclusion via our site in Bristol and our community connections throughout the UK.

It was a privilege to be working alongside our friends at yesterday, ‘colouring in’ the final piece of the puzzle to complete the Cheddar Pump Track! Amazing to share the work with local labourers, super passionate about making it happen. They’ve waited years to see it finished! So close now. Can’t wait to have something like this in Bath!

What an amazing week! Two great events showing and the new short film last night too.
We’ve raised money for some great causes, The Stevie Smith Legacy Foundation and The Trash Mob Academy. Once we’ve worked out how much we raised, we’ll make it public.

Buzzing for tonight! Come on Bath!

If you’re on the fence about joining us at tomorrow night for Long Live Chainsaw, this might swing things…?
The guys at have given us 2 tickets to next years festival to raffle off, including parking and camping! Amazing! Raffle tickets will be available tomorrow as we raise money for . You can catch them at 7pm tomorrow ahead of the film. We look forward to seeing you there!

This trail tool is a thing of beauty! It’s also quite special… one of two in fact! Our trail design and construction partners had two custom made for raffle prizes for the film showings! Make sure you’ve got a ticket for this Thursday to be in with a chance of winning! Raffle tickets can be purchased on the night!

Amazing to get the Bristol mountain bike community together last night for the showing of film Long Live Chainsaw.
A sold out show with a bumper raffle and some great prizes from amongst others.
Bristol World Cup Downhill hero showed up to give some money can’t buy prizes too.
We raised a chunk of money for the Stevie Smith Legacy Foundation - the film really confirms what a great cause this is. We’ll publish how much we raised once we’ve worked it out!
We’re so excited to share the film with you at in Bath on Thursday. We’ll be joined by who will also be showing their new video about the Trash Mob Academy project. All profits from Thursday night will be going to fund more of these life shaping sessions! Tickets still available - link in bio!
