I'm proud of you Zori! From 62kg to 56.5kg, much more confidence, and a real change in quality of life!

-9 cm in the waist
-3 cm in the hips

Zori's transformation doesn't stop here! During this period, she was able to double her strength in exercises including squats, hip thrusts, push-ups, pull-ups, and rows.

Zori enjoys her favorite healthy meals without feeling hungry for sweets, and recovers optimally while gaining speed in the gym.

During these weeks Zori was 100% consistent in everything.

Her training program included 4 full body workouts (She does two personal training sessions with our coach Adi), with an option for home and gym workouts.

She managed to achieve all this while juggling caring for her 1-year-old daughter!

This is a 3 month transformation from one of our members called Simona 💯

Simona has really put her all into her fitness journey both physically and mentally. She has done an amazing job achieving her goals by addressing her nutrition, sleep, and stress management through our meditations, aiming for regular daily activity, and following a custom Life Force training programme from home. Simona previously used to struggle with her health and fitness routine, overindulging in chocolate or cakes which meant that she wasn't feeling confident in her own skin…
We made sure to incorporate lots of variety in the foods she was eating to create yummy meals, as well as provide her a bespoke exercise routine to perform alongside her busy schedule and lifestyle.

We are so proud of our client Petya 👏❤️

She became part of Life Force in early March, and since then we have witnessed an incredibly positive change in her state of well-being. Petya listens carefully to advice and puts the knowledge contained in the seminars into practice, and does meditations regularly. As Petya began to pay more attention to the way she was thinking and feeling about the different situations and circumstances in her life, she became more consciously aware of memories, fears, and worries that were affecting her negatively on a subconscious level.

With each passing week, I notice that in the photos Petya looks more confident and radiant! You can notice the difference between both pictures! Her waist is much tighter, her back is sculpted and toned, and the shape and definition of her arms have improved, as well as her abdomen and hips!

Petya is undergoing a total change and I look forward to following her progress!

In terms of food, Petya began to eat much more regularly nutritious and wholesome food, fewer waffles and cake, preparing her food on the weekends when possible, eating dishes he loves, and trying interesting and new recipes such as high protein pancakes.
