Last years SOfit 12 hour bootcamp was a success. Raising a huge amount of money for charity and bringing together a community during lockdown. The support was amazing.
This year they wanted to do something similar. 12 hours of bootcamp (45 minutes on and 15 minutes off). 12 different instructors all offering something different for the hour.
They have chosen LooseHeadz charity, because Ollie lost his brother, Abe, very suddenly, just before Christmas 2021. It has had a huge impact on Ollie, the family and everyone who knew and loved Abe. He would have absolutely loved this too!
LooseHeadz works incredibly hard to help young men and to around mental health.

I have been keeping in contact and continuing to train existing clients one to one online via Zoom/ FaceTime/ WhatsApp and after doing so for the last couple of weeks and after receiving a lot of positive feedback, I am now offering this service to new clients.
