As I sit back to rest my knee 🫣🙄, I find myself looking around and really taking the time to watch and observe you all.

It honestly blows my mind just how awesome you are — your technique, your humour, your support for one another and for me, and the way you all move together in such a wonderful way it’s beautiful 🫶🏼

I absolutely love it! ❤️

A MASSIVE thank you to & for helping me out — you ladies are absolute superstars! 🫶🏼⭐️

Thank you all for being ‘YOU’ and for making every session so special. You’re all amazing! 🥰

Thank you! X

Sometimes it’s hard to make these decisions, but you just know when the time is right… 💛

I’ve now stopped teaching my Tuesday evening Circuits class at Rejuvenate and replaced it with a new Pilates class.

Thank you so much to everyone who has joined me over the years. Your support and energy have meant so much, and I’ve loved being part of your fitness journey.

I hope this isn’t goodbye! I’d love to see you in one of my other classes.

Check out my timetable and come along – I’d love to welcome you! 💪🧘‍♀️

Love Zoe x
