After the extreme heat and now tsunami I’m gonna a cancel tonight sorry guys
🔥🔥🔥🔥 ooooh that was hot hot hot! Well done gang! Although it probably didn’t feel like a workout - we danced, we sweated (and you’ll be surprised at the calorie loss of that!) and the slower routines are good for conditioning - see you next week!
