HOW IT WORKS?

You’ll book into one of our Small Group PT sessions, which are capped at just 4 people to ensure plenty of individual attention.

No matter your fitness level, you’re welcome to start. Each member follows their own personalised program, so you can focus on your specific goals while being fully supported and overseen by our coaches.

You can choose to attend one session per week or all three — it’s completely up to you, your schedule, and what works best for your lifestyle.
