Yes, Iâm a sleep expert, BUT Iâm also a parent.
I know sleep isnât built through rigid rules or ignoring instincts.
Itâs built through safety, consistency, connection, and nervous system regulation.
Gentle sleep support doesnât mean no structure.
And it definitely doesnât mean sacrificing your parenting values.
Youâre allowed to support sleep and your childâs emotional needs.
Youâre allowed to do this your way.
