And the thing is…
Yes, I’m a sleep expert, BUT I’m also a parent.
I know sleep isn’t built through rigid rules or ignoring instincts.
It’s built through safety, consistency, connection, and nervous system regulation.

Gentle sleep support doesn’t mean no structure.
And it definitely doesn’t mean sacrificing your parenting values.

You’re allowed to support sleep and your child’s emotional needs.
You’re allowed to do this your way.

I thought it was about time I popped up in this corner of the internet to say 👋🏼
This page has been quiet but life hasn’t!!

But I am still here, with a deeper understanding of how much families need gentleness when life feels uncertain. And of course, sleep. It’s literally life-changing and the foundation to feeling our best version of ourselves.

This space will always be about calm, compassion, and real motherhood.
