Due to low numbers there will be no 8pm cycle class tomorrow evening - Monday 25th October.
Anyone booked on to the class has already been moved to the 7pm class which will continue as normal.

July 19th… A little update.
To help keep us all safe there won’t be many changes to our COVID policies…
From today, our one-way system through the gym has been removed ❌
Genesis track and trace forms will remain in the reception area and we kindly request anyone using the gym signs-in ✅
Please continue to spray and wipe down all used equipment to help us keep it sanitised and safe for use ✅
